My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were very comfy and eye-soothing, with 2 single beds in a small separate area making it cozy. The service was exceptional; the staff was attentive and wouldn't leave me alone for more than 2 minutes trying to meet my needs, which was impressive. The location was pretty and clean, rated the number one beach in Africa, perfect for relaxing. The dining experience was great, covering most tastes, and the facilities were top-notch. Definitely value for money!

The service was exceptional with always happy staff eager to assist, and the dining was a mix of positives and negatives with fresh dishes by the beach but some delays.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was decently equipped and furnished but needed updating, especially the toilets. The service was a bit inappropriate with continuous comments on appearance, even though the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful, right on the beach with beautiful views, but lacked basic amenities like fans and water for drinking. The dining options were disappointing, though they offered fresh, cooked meals at the beachside restaurant.
The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms with nice views of the property, despite them looking bigger in the pictures. The stay was pleasant, with friendly and well-trained staff providing excellent service. The location is ideal for beach lovers, right on the beautiful Diani Beach. The dining experience was delicious with fresh-cooked meals in their beachside restaurant.
Upon arrival, we were given the wrong rooms with a view of the gardens where playful monkeys could be seen daily, and they would even visit our balcony. The suites were beautifully finished and spotless, providing a delightful stay.
